Yes. Send us your dates, party size and pickup location. We can assist with a single service or several arrangements, subject to supplier availability.
Do you operate the vehicles and activities?
Veldora handles planning and booking coordination. Safaris, transport and activities are delivered by the identified third-party suppliers. Your quote will explain the arrangements.
When is my booking confirmed?
An enquiry is not a reservation. Your booking is confirmed after availability is checked, you accept the quote and terms, required payment is made, and written supplier confirmation is received.
What is included in the price?
We quote for your dates, group and selected services. The quote will identify inclusions, exclusions, supplier charges, any Veldora fees and payment conditions. Park fees, meals and extras are included only where explicitly stated.
Can you arrange travel for families?
Tell us the number of adults and children, children’s ages and any practical requirements. We check activity restrictions and transport suitability with the relevant supplier.
Can I change or cancel an arrangement?
Changes depend on availability and the terms accepted for the service. Relevant supplier cancellation terms and Veldora’s agreed fees will be provided before you commit.
